My love for cars goes back for years, washing and waxing every weekend on my parent’s cars, their friend’s cars, and my father’s boss even hired me to detail his cars when I was about 14 years old. I made a few dollars and it looked sharp! So I became his regular detailer. Fast forward to 2009, using superior products from Smartwax/Chemical Guys, BT Auto Detail offered customers the best in automotive protection.

Customer satisfaction was second to none. I believed quality detailing and friendly service was the only way to do business. BT Auto Detail was established as a seasonal business to help personally fund my undergraduate tuition expenses.

First Eco-Friendly Detailing System in Bend Oregon

BT Auto Detailing started offering the first eco-friendly waterless detailing process that saved on average of 80-140 gallons of water per 5 cars detailed in Bend Oregon. That meant preserving this precious and natural nonrenewable resource and avoiding harmful toxins from running off a vehicle straight to the storm drains.

Up- Market Strategy

Effectively executed an up-market strategy to target high-end luxury automobiles, to maximize the return on time and to encourage repeat business.

Successful Referral Program

Implemented a successful customer and non customer referral program through a one sided artificial viral loop. Helped BT Auto Detail grow through a word of mouth approach with minimal advertising costs.
